RETURNING UNSUITABLE OR UNWANTED ITEMS
If you simply change your mind, we are happy to accept returned products for refund within 30 days, provided they are returned to us in perfect condition with the original packaging (also in perfect condition), tags, labels and accessories. Items returned damaged, or in damaged packaging, cannot be refunded in full, a discretionary charge will be taken.
Unwanted items must be returned at your own cost, we suggest always using a tracked postage service for smaller items, or for larger items, a courier service such as www.parcel2go.com
RETURNING FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Should any of our products fall below the high standards we expect, please return them within 30 days with your receipt and we will happily exchange or refund them.
Exchange products under these circumstances will be delivered free of charge.
Return carriage must be arranged via our customer services team, other arrangements cannot be reimbursed. To organise this please contact us on sales@wowcamping.co.uk
Please ensure you enclose a copy of your original invoice and a note to let us know why your item is being returned. Please then send your item to the address below.
