We pride ourselves on providing a fast, efficient service and therefore all orders will be shipped within 1 or 2 working days of being placed. Express orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same working day.

Standard Mainland UK Delivery

Our UK Mainland deliveries are only £5.95 or FREE for orders over £100. For other areas see here

Items over 1.2 mtrs in length will incur a £3 surcharge

All orders are shipped using a tracked service and customers will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery window by email to the address you have specified at checkout.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

Standard service orders will be dispatched within 1 or 2 days on 2 day service. You should expect to receive these within 3 to 5 working days of placing your order. Express orders received before 12 noon will be despatched the same day or the next working day if placed over a weekend. These will then be received the next working day after that.

Need it in a hurry? We are also able to offer before 12 noon and Saturday delivery services. See here for information on these services

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If Next Day delivery is selected before 1pm on Friday, delivery will be Monday, unless this is a bank holiday, delivery will then be Tuesday. Orders placed over the weekend on a Next Day service will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday, if the Monday is a bank holiday they will be despatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.

Click & Collect

If you prefer or perhaps need your order in a hurry you can also use our Click & Collect service. Simply choose this option at the checkout which is of course free and we’ll send you a text message once your order is ready. Stock availabilty in most cases is shown on the product page and orders can usually be collected within an hour.
