Product Description

With a simple yet solid steel structure offering protection from bright sun or light rain, the Event Shelter Pro XL is ideal for use on the campsite, in the garden or for parties and events.

Easy to pitch, the Event Shelter Pro XL features robust steel poles that will stand strong if the wind picks up. The durable, polyester flysheet has a PU coating with a hydrostatic head of 1000mm and features Coleman’s UVGuard™, with an SPF50 to protect you and your family from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays as well as an advanced coating of the inner fabric providing additional temperature reduction.

Once pitched, the shelter has good head height throughout and can accommodate a large table and chairs. Roof vents prevent the shelter from lifting in sudden gusts and highly visible white guylines increase the Event Shelter’s stability.
Carry bag included, making transporting and storage easier.
A range of removable sunwalls and doors for increased weather protection are also available for this shelter (sold seperately)

All orders are shipped using a tracked service and customers will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery window by email to the address you have specified at checkout.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

Standard service orders will be dispatched within 1 or 2 days on 2 day service. You should expect to receive these within 3 to 5 working days of placing your order. Express orders received before 12 noon will be despatched the same day or the next working day if placed over a weekend. These will then be received the next working day after that.

Working Days

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If Next Day delivery is selected before 1pm on Friday, delivery will be Monday, unless this is a bank holiday, delivery will then be Tuesday. Orders placed over the weekend on a Next Day service will be despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday, if the Monday is a bank holiday they will be despatched Tuesday for delivery Wednesday.

Click & Collect

If you prefer or perhaps need your order in a hurry you can also use our Click & Collect service. Simply choose this option at the checkout which is of course free and we’ll send you a text message once your order is ready. Stock availabilty in most cases is shown on the product page and orders can usually be collected within an hour.

CHRITMAS SHOPPING EXTENDED RETURNS

During the festive period we of course recognise the need to extend our returns window. Therefore all purchases made between 15th Nov 23 and the 25th Dec 23 may be returned up until the end of January 24  following our usual procedures.
